SEAWIND COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION


Seawind Cove is a gated community consisting of 109 condominiums located in Huntington Beach approximately 2 miles from the beach. The community was constructed in 1987 and consists of two- and three-story condominiums. Each unit features an enclosed patio, fireplace, master bath skylight, and two-car garage. Seawind Cove is located near the intersection of Beach and Garfield, and can be accessed from Sea Vista Lane on Garfield. The Seawind Cove Homeowners Association maintains the community's streets and walkways, lush landscape, gates and fences, pool, spa and sauna, and a small clubhouse. The community is managed by Optimum Professional Property Management.
